Creativity means simply looking at old things in new ways. This can be art or craft, movement or sound, food, plants, words, or any avenue for intentionally observing the world around you. In creativity-based coaching, we use aesthetic responses to life as a pathway to personal and professional transformation. I don't train you to become an artist. I support you to unlock your creative freedom and discover parts of yourself you have forgotten to love.
