In coaching, I use the Enneagram as a kind of map. It doesnā€™t put you in a box so much as it shows you the box youā€™re already inā€”and how to find the door. The Enneagram helps us notice the fears and desires that quietly shape our habits, decisions, and relationships. I often describe these as superpowers with two sides: what makes you brilliant can also trip you up when it runs the show. With this shared language, we can explore patterns with curiosity instead of judgment, and discover practical ways to loosen what no longer serves you so you can step more fully into the life you want to live.
