You don’t have to know what you’re doing.
You don’t have to make anything beautiful.
You just have to be willing to begin.
A little space for creativity, connection & courageous conversation
I dreamed about creating a place like this for a long time.
A colorful, playful space where we could make things with our hands while talking about the things that are sometimes harder to hold: grief, change, caregiving, burnout, and identity, to name a few.
But I also wanted a place where everything doesn’t have to be heavy. It can hold the weight with us and help us find lightness.
HeART Space is a place to experiment, make a mess, laugh, cry, try something you’re not good at, and discover something you didn't realize. Come sit around a table with others, or come to spend some time with yourself. Either way, we hope you remember what it feels like to play, to hope, and to belong.
HeART Space is part creative studio, part gathering space, part classroom, and part experiment in what can happen when we give ourselves room to create.
No art experience necessary. Creativity is your birthright. A creative life is not about perfection. It is about finding a perspective you may not have seen before and embracing it with courage and compassion.
What Happens at HeART Space?
There isn’t just one way to connect with HeART Space.
From individual sessions to small group workshops, personal and professional growth opportunities, and offering a cozy place to gather, HeART Space is about supporting creativity, compassion and connection.Â
HeART Space is also the home of Hands at Heart Coaching, so alongside our creative gatherings and workshops, this is a place for individual support through grief, caregiving, life transitions, burnout, and help getting unstuck.
And while creativity is a big part of what we do here, you never have to make art to work with us. Come away from the demands and distractions to a place built for creative expression and human connection.Â
